Yes. In each subscription tariff, you can specify the trial duration in days. During the trial, no funds are charged. After the trial ends, auto billing occurs.
Auto billings stop immediately, but access remains active until the end of the already paid period. Immediate refunds are possible only through the site administrator or manually in the payment system.
In the «Payments» section of the site control panel, details of each transaction are available with the payment gateway error code and a brief description of the reason.
