How many tariff plans can I create?
Up to 50 active tariffs simultaneously; archived plans are not counted in the limit.
Can I set a trial period?
Yes. In each subscription tariff, you can specify the trial duration in days. During the trial, no funds are charged. After the trial ends, auto billing occurs.
What happens if a user cancels a subscription?
Auto billings stop immediately, but access remains active until the end of the already paid period. Immediate refunds are possible only through the site administrator or manually in the payment system.
How can I find out why a subscription payment failed?
In the «Payments» section of the site control panel, details of each transaction are available with the payment gateway error code and a brief description of the reason.
Does the module support multiple currencies?
One currency is selected for the module. It can be rubles, dollars, or any other currency.
Can I apply a discount or promo code to a tariff?
You can specify the old price for the tariff. The tariff card will display the old (crossed out) and new price. Everything works automatically without code.
Where can I see analytics?
The «Statistics» tab shows revenue, new/cancelled subscriptions, average check, and churn for any period (day, week, month, quarter, year).
