What you need to know before accepting donations.
How do I accept donations on my website?+
Enable the Subscriptions and Plans module, create a support level, choose one-time or recurring payments, connect a payment provider, and publish the donation card.
Can I accept donations without a separate platform?+
Yes. Donations are configured in the uCoz control panel, so you do not need a separate fundraising platform or a custom-built payment form.
How many donation levels can I create?+
You can have up to 50 active support levels at once. Archived levels do not count toward the limit.
Can supporters choose their own donation amount?+
Yes. Set minimum and maximum amounts, suggest preset options, or let each supporter enter a custom amount.
What happens when someone cancels a recurring donation?+
Recurring payments stop, while access to supporter benefits remains active until the end of the paid period.
Where can I view donation analytics?+
The Statistics section shows donation totals, supporter numbers, retention and support trends for the selected period.
